Terms and Conditions
Birthday parties require a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 due at booking. The balance shall be paid in full one week prior to the birthday party. Cancellations the day of the birthday party are non-refundable.
Due to the amount of advance preparations required for Farm Tours and Special events, these are non-fundable. In the event of inclement weather (to include rain storms) or an emergency on either the part of the farm or guests, we will be more than happy to reschedule your tour/event time.
Please be aware that this is a working farm and as such, we are subject to less than favorable conditions (such as mud) and unpredictable animal behavior. These are not conditions that would qualify to reschedule a tour, as these are normal farm conditions.
Please note that these terms apply to tours parties, and special events. They do NOT apply to the sales or services of alpacas (ie. breeding, boarding, etc).
